Tell about a time when you or someone you know well...

(possible situations and vocabulary)

-needed stitches (fall, risky sport, car accident, painful, etc)

-fainted (dehydration, etc)

-had food poisoning (restaurant, summer heat, etc)

-had very bad flu (feel under the weather/poorly, winter weather, symptoms: runny nose, work: sick leave)

-had an allergic reaction to something (swollen, ointment, pollution, painless, etc)

-had to spend some time in hospital (undergo surgery, etc)

​

-chocked on something (breathless, faint, etc)

​

-twisted their ankle (doing sport, slippery floor, sharp pain, plaster, etc)
